Winter Park, Colorado, is a cozy community with a small year-round population and few local publications. Most of his leads come from nearby residents, so buyers need to work with a realtor who knows the neighborhood.
To make this happen, I created three ads that were shared in various newspapers and magazines. Gary chose a cheerful cyan color to keep his established branding consistent and budget-friendly. Each ad features stunning lifestyle photos, property images, and lovely descriptions designed to help folks connect emotionally with the homes and the beautiful surroundings.
